Image Troubleshooting
Fixes for the most common image generation problems — wrong looks, bad hands and artifacts, blocked prompts, and results that aren't explicit enough.

Most image problems have quick fixes. Find your symptom below.
The image doesn't look like my character#
- A character's face and build are baked in from creation — prompt the scene, outfit, and pose, not a different face. Adding conflicting appearance tags fights the character.
- Try a different engine (Classic / Apex / Lumen). The same prompt can look very different across engines — see the engines.
- Regenerate. Generation is probabilistic; a second roll often lands it.
Bad hands, extra fingers, or artifacts#
- Lean on the negative prompt —
bad hands, missing fingers, extra digit, bad anatomyclears up most of it. - Check for over-weighting. Very high weights like
(tag:2.0)distort anatomy; dial them back toward 1.2–1.4. - Regenerate — some seeds simply come out cleaner.
My prompt was blocked#
Image requests run through content moderation. If a prompt is blocked, it crossed a content rule — rephrasing usually resolves an accidental block. Content involving real people or other disallowed material won't generate. See Privacy & safety.
It's not explicit enough#
- Add or strengthen explicit tags from the NSFW reference, and weight the key one, e.g.
(topless:1.3). - In the Girlfriend Experience, explicit content is gated by relationship level — some things won't appear until you've levelled up.
Generations are slow or a charge didn't produce an image#
- Generation can take a moment under load; give it time before retrying.
- Each image is 50 XOT. If you were charged and got nothing, contact support with the details.
