Is Xotic AI free to use?#

Yes — you can start for free. A free account gives you 5 messages per day and lets you chat with the free model. Bigger features — image and video generation, voice and video calls, roleplay, and the community feed — are unlocked with a subscription. See Plans overview for what's included.

Are my conversations private?#

Yes. Your conversations are tied to your account and are never shown publicly. Characters you create stay private unless you choose to publish them, and images or videos you generate stay private unless you post them to the feed. More detail in Privacy & safety.

What is XOT and why do I need it?#

XOT is the in-app token currency that powers generation — images, videos, voice-call and video-call minutes, and text-to-speech. A subscription includes a monthly XOT allowance (1,000 XOT per month), and with an active subscription you can buy additional XOT packs at any time. Can I create my own character?#

Yes — you choose the looks, personality, voice, and backstory.

What does a subscription unlock?#

A subscription unlocks the full platform. On the Plans page it's listed as Everything Included — unlimited custom character creation, state-of-the-art image and video generation, ultra-realistic voice calling, access to every AI model, unlimited access to the feed, sharing your creations, VIP support, and 1,000 XOT each month. Pricing and billing options (monthly, quarterly, yearly) are shown on the Plans page — see Plans overview for a breakdown.

How do I cancel my subscription?#

Open Settings → Subscription and choose Cancel. Your subscription stays active until the end of the current billing period, so you keep full access until then — nothing is cut off immediately. Details in Manage your subscription.

Why was my image or message blocked?#

Xotic AI moderates content against its Community Guidelines and Content Moderation Policy. If a request crosses one of those lines, it's blocked — rephrasing usually resolves accidental blocks. See Privacy & safety for a plain-language summary of what's allowed.

How do I delete my account?#

Open Settings → Account and choose Delete Account. This is permanent and removes your account and its data. If you only want to stop being billed, cancel your subscription instead. More in Account settings.
