Manage Your Subscription

Where to view your plan, switch billing terms, and cancel — and exactly what happens when you do.

Everything about your subscription lives in Settings → Subscription.

Viewing your plan#

Open Settings → Subscription to see your current plan, your renewal date, and your XOT balance.

Changing billing terms#

Subscriptions come in monthly, quarterly, and yearly terms. You can switch to a longer term for a lower monthly price from the Plans page.

Cancelling#

In Settings → Subscription, choose Cancel.

After it lapses, your account returns to the free tier. Your characters and content remain, but subscription features (generation, calls, unlimited messaging) lock until you resubscribe.

Resubscribing#

You can resubscribe any time from the Plans page to restore full access and your monthly XOT allowance.
