PARTNER INTEGRATION GUIDE

1. Overview and offers

The xotic.ai partner program runs on Everflow. We are the network: you sign up on our partner portal, pick an offer, take a tracking link, and every click and conversion is recorded by Everflow. Our servers report conversions to Everflow directly (server-to-server), so nothing depends on scripts running in the visitor's browser.

• Apply to the program (applications are reviewed manually, usually within 24 hours)
• Log in to the partner portal

There are two offers. You are approved per offer; ask us if you want access to both or a bespoke deal.

Attribution is last click with a 30-day cookie. We do not normally claw back paid commissions on refunds or chargebacks (see Payments).

2. Getting your link

In the portal open Offers, pick the offer you are approved for, and use the tracking-link generator. Links have the shape

Everything after the trailing slash is optional: the lander (uid), your sub-IDs (sub1 to sub5) and a sub-publisher (source_id). A complete link looks like this:

The visitor is redirected to the lander you picked, Everflow records the click, and the click id follows the visitor through signup and checkout. Use the link exactly as the portal generates it; do not rewrite the domain or path.

3. Landers

Each lander is an Offer URL in the portal: pick it in the tracking-link generator and uid is set for you. All landers are 18+ except Start SFW. Preview links below open the plain page without tracking.

The same landers exist on both offers. If you need a lander that is not listed (a language-forced variant, an SEO page), ask us and we add it as an Offer URL.

4. Sub-ID conventions

Sub-IDs are free text, but if you follow this convention our reporting lines up with yours and we can help you optimise. Every value comes back to you unchanged in your postback as {sub1} … {sub5} and {source_id}, and is visible per column in the portal's reporting.

If you run your own tracker, put its click id in sub4 and read it back from {sub4} in your postback. Keep values under 255 characters and avoid personal data.

5. Events and payouts

We report five events per customer. All of them appear in your reporting and can trigger a postback; what each one pays depends on the offer.

• first_sale fires once per customer. Everything after it is a rebill, upgrade or xot_pack.
• Gold pays the tier of the country Everflow saw on the click; the amount is shown on the offer page in the portal, including any custom rate we have agreed with you.
• RevShare is calculated on the amount the customer actually paid ({sale_amount}), after discounts.

6. Postbacks (server-to-server)

To feed conversions into your own tracker, add a postback in the portal under Company Settings → Postbacks. You can set one globally or per offer, at conversion level (first_sale only) or event level (every event). Everflow calls your URL by GET on each event; Facebook, TikTok and Snapchat CAPI destinations are available in the same screen. Use the macro picker; these are the macros you will want:

We can also add a postback on your behalf from our side of the offer; send us the URL. A failed or missing partner postback never changes what is owed: Everflow's reporting is the record.

7. Testing your setup

1. Generate a tracking link in the portal for the lander you plan to use.
2. Open it in a private browser window.
3. Sign up with a fresh email address.
4. Check your portal reporting: the signup conversion appears within a minute, with your sub-IDs attached. If you set up a postback, your tracker receives it at the same time.
5. Ask us before making a real test purchase. We will arrange a test or confirm the first_sale flow for you so your reporting is not polluted with paid test conversions.

If the signup does not show, write to us with the tracking link you used and the email you signed up with, and we check the click on our side.

8. Payments

• Payouts are calculated in USD on Everflow data for a calendar month and paid monthly after the month closes.
• Minimum payout is USD 500; balances below that roll over to the next month.
• Payment methods and net terms are shown in the partner portal. Keep your payment and tax details current there.
• Refunds normally stay paid. If a customer refunds or charges back, we do not normally reverse your commission; we reserve the right to for fraud or prohibited traffic.
• Conversions that result from prohibited traffic (see Rules) can be rejected before payment.

9. Rules

The full partner terms are accepted in the portal when you apply and are available there at any time. The short version:

• You are 18+ and your traffic sources are adult-compliant and lawful where they operate.
• No bot, incentivized, forced-click, pop-under, auto-redirect, cookie-stuffed or iframe-injected traffic; no self-generated accounts or purchases.
• No bidding on or registering “xotic” / “xotic.ai” or confusingly similar terms in paid search, domains, app names or social handles without written approval.
• No unsolicited email, SMS or messaging; respect the rules of every platform you run on.
• Creatives must never depict or suggest minors, non-consensual acts, or real identifiable people without consent. Use the creatives we provide or approve, and do not alter our brand assets.
• Do not misrepresent xotic.ai, its pricing or features, or claim a relationship beyond “partner”.
• Do not mask the real source of traffic or strip or forge tracking parameters.

The product itself is governed by our Terms of Service.
